Order Cancellations
At Rope Online, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly at sales@ropeonline.com. We are happy to assist you with any concerns. Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Items
In the event of ordering the wrong item, customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. All exchanges, store credits, and refunds will be processed once the returned item is received. Any prior arrangement made before the return is solely at the discretion of Rope Online. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging
Returns
Returns are accepted on most products. Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We offer a full refund for any items that are defective or damaged during shipping. If your product is faulty, please reach out to us, and we will provide return instructions along with either a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
